 Conclusion

 1) the use of Pro / E for the drilling of the screw conveyor centrifuge modeling, and solid elements in ANSYS using Solid45 screw conveyor to establish the finite element model, this method is not only convenient but also can simulate the spiral conveyor real structure.

 2) screw conveyor to a variety of load conditions, static analysis, the results show that the screw conveyor can meet the strength and stiffness requirements, the end of the blade root section straight obvious stress concentration in local reinforcement may be considered when welding .

 3) In several load conditions, the centrifuge force on the screw conveyor of the strength of the most influential in the design and use of screw conveyor to note the highest speed.

 4) application of Lanczos method for modal analysis, the first four natural frequencies of obtained results showed that the screw conveyor in the normal range will not make the centrifuge speed resonance.
